Chapter-Held Events:

The Toronto Chapter's Show committee is currently gearing up for the annual fall show, this year held on October 20th and 21st at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. This year's show is being designed by members from the Sogetsu School, with Gregory Williams as the show lead. The theme for this show is Landscape and members will be sure to showcase many beautiful and interesting arrangments. More details of the show will be upcoming, but for now, please check out our press release.

• JAPANESE GARDEN CLUB
  The 29th annual Nature's Beauty Exhibit sponsored by the Toronto Japanese Garden Club will be held at the Momiji Senior Centre, 3555 Kingston Rd., Scarborough, Sunday, Aug. 12, noon-4:30 p.m., featuring displays of Bonsai and Ikebana. Demonstrations will be held at 2 p.m. (Bonsai) and 3 p.m. (Ikebana). Admission is $5 per person (children under 12 free). Call (416) 425-3161
